I always see moms write about how "no one helps them" or "their friends don't hang out with them anymore" and I am always tempted to tell them "Why should everyone else have to feel like they had your kid too?" Your child is your responsibility, why should anyone else have to help you with taking care of your child? Your friends didn't get pregnant, you did. Of course it is always nice to have the company of your friends or have extra help, but at the end of the day you shouldn't expect it. It should be something you are thankful for, if someone is willing to put time aside for you.
Moving on....
I just finished housing sitting for my aunt and uncle yesterday and it is so nice to be back home. Frazer was claiming to be "home sick" so he is probably more happier about being home than me. I really enjoyed taking care of my aunt and uncles dog though. She is so cute and just makes me want a dog all the more, but I know I can't. I don't have the time and the proper home for one. Also it will be too much with a new born baby and a puppy. One of these days though, I will finally get the perfect dog for me and I will love it up everyday. In the mean time, I have Lola and Zoe, my dog sisters. They are also really cute AND they snuggle with me.
Enough about dogs and back to pregnancy. I would just like to say how exciting pregnancy is. Every kick and movement, the long wait to meet my very own baby, shopping for all sorts if things. I love it all. I know I am going to miss being pregnant, but as every week goes by I look more and more forward to being a mom.
